WHO WE ARE
Established in December 2008, the Solomon Lubega Foundation stands as a beacon of hope in the realm of education and child protection.
Founded by Betty Kizito, with the support of other members passionate about Social Justice, the Solomon Festo Lubega is a non-profit organization passionately dedicated to addressing the critical issues surrounding education, especially for girls, and safeguarding children from parental and guardian abuse.
What We Do
At the Solomon Lubega Foundation, our mission is twofold. Firstly, we provide comprehensive educational opportunities and support systems specifically tailored to children, enabling them to overcome barriers to education and achieve academic success. Secondly, we advocate for the protection of children from all forms of abuse, exploitation, and neglect, ensuring their safety, well-being, and right to a dignified childhood.
Our Impact
Driven by our core values of equality, empowerment, integrity, collaboration, and compassion, we work tirelessly to make a tangible and lasting difference in the lives of those who need it most. Through our initiatives, we aim to increase access to quality education for girls, provide educational resources and mentorship programs tailored to their needs, raise awareness about the importance of girls' education, and implement preventive measures and intervention strategies to address cases of parental and guardian abuse.
